Just don’t expect the First National Tour’s leading lady to fill Julia Roberts’ thigh-high boots.

THE DESPERATE HOURS

Not only that, but this supremely feel-good musical remains one of the best directed and most powerfully performed National Tours I’ve seen in many a year.
