"Hoelle is a talented writer who has written a funny and often touching play. She has a quirky sense of humor oftentimes reminiscent of Woody Allen, and in Cody and Arnold she has created two truly memorable characters," wrote Steven Stanley of StageScene LA during the first run of Nicole Hoelle's comedy, "The Magic String" last summer.

With a slightly revised script and an entirely new cast, "The Magic String" will reopen on August 8th and will run for an indefinite period on Fridays and Saturdays at 8 p.m.

"The Magic String" is a comedy about an egomaniacal Writer, and a charmingly neurotic salesman whose friendship is both hilarious and transformative.
